How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch most orders within 1โ€“3 business days. Delivery times within New Zealand typically range from 2โ€“5 business days depending on your location.
Do you deliver internationally?
No โ€” we only deliver within New Zealand.
What are your delivery costs?
We offer free standard NZ shipping on orders over $80 for local Christchurch areas. For other orders, a flat rate of $8 applies.
Can I return or exchange my candle?
If there's an issue with your order please contact us within 14 days. We accept returns on unused items in their original condition; custom or personalised orders may be exempt. We'll happily guide you through the process.
Are your candles safe for homes with pets or children?
Our candles are made with natural wax blends and cotton wicks. As with any open flame, never leave candles unattended and keep them out of reach of children and pets. For specific allergy concerns, check the product's scent notes or reach out prior to ordering.
Do you accept wholesale or custom orders?
Yes โ€” we welcome wholesale and custom projects for retailers and events. Contact us via the Contact page with details and we'll reply with lead times and pricing.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes โ€” add a handwritten note at checkout and we'll include it with the packaging. We can also gift wrap selected items on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
